Treat yourself: I am obsessed with Tom Ford's Whitney Sunglasses. He is just so incredibly good at sexy chic (forget the boring Bespoke suits Tom, go back to doing what you do best!) Tina and I have been gushing over this bag all season and now there are more to be had for Fall! The Scala rose color is so pretty, it is not the most practical but would be a great piece to have in the Fall to brighten things up. Why, hello Marni, it's been years since you've tempted me but I remember (and long for) the days when the mere mention of your name caused my heat to skip a beat.  And though I wouldn't say these are traffic stopping bags, it's a chic step in the right direction.  The Leather Cross-Body Bag in sumptuous tan leather and dark-brown leather shoulder strap with gold-tone chain panel is right on trend and in step with my mood of late, I'd love to rock it with a pair of rich chocolate boots come Fall ($995).  The Perforated Leather Frame Bag in black perforated leather and silver-tone metal frame is a must have for downtown socials.  I adore the black acetate handle, such a great way to modernize a classic shape ($1,090).  And thank you, for keeping your prices reasonable.  Welcome back old friend...!  

Feather is in. Everything feather - jewelry, shoes, clothes and as Valentino always knew, bags. Instead of a big 'ole bag blooming with plumes, a smallish clutch makes more sense. Topped off with fine crystal detailing at the frame and clasp and a flawless satin lining, this is elegance at the most extreme. It's obviously very delicate so although I wouldn't use the chain shoulder strap all the time, I would definitely put it to play when around food and drinks. The strap conceals itself nicely inside when not in use. Bag criteria:

- Go from day to night, go with almost everything
- Medium sized (I want to fit things in it, but look chic, not like a peasant carting their entire life around town). 
- Undeniably stylish (I am only 22, so it needs to be young. I have a classic style that's also hip and modern. I want to be able to wear the bag with dressier oufits but it has to be able to go with jeans and white converse too)
- Not be over next season (like the Balenciaga bags... I saw that coming miles away, but still loved those bags). 
- Unsnubbable (I don't want anyone to be able to look down on my bag....and I mean anyone.)

Colors I am considering are white (but will it be over after spring/summer?), pale gold/metallic bronze (I love metallics when used as an accent in the right way, and don't care if this trend is over) and dark brown/black (but not fun for summer, and does brown go with black/black with brown?)
